Background
Brodies LLP is Scotland’s largest law firm, offering legal advice to private and public sector clients both in the UK and internationally. Brodies’ clients include multinational corporations and small and medium enterprises active in almost every sector of the Scottish economy.
Brief
Whilst working at GM Toucari, I was briefed to design and layout Brodies Annual Review on the theme of ‘above and beyond’.
Brodies pride themselves on their ability to see the big picture, whilst never losing sight of the fine detail.
Solution
The 2014 report was designed in A4 landscape format, together with an accompanying A5 pocket version.
Images were carefully selected to illustrate each business sector, and treated with a custom colour gradient. With the Scottish Referendum forming a constant backdrop to Brodies’ work in 2014, the choice of cover image showing the Scottish Parliament building from above was particularly apt.
