The look and feel of the portal needed to be clean and consistent, conform to FSCS branding and WAI Level AA accessibility.
A friendly login page and homepage dashboard creates a visually appealing design that remains focused on enabling the portal core processes.
Clear navigation and direction provides reassurance for user actions. Operation progress indicators and alert boxes provide user feedback, with the opportunity to cancel.
