In the drive for Net Zero, Lambeth is consulting with tenants on a project to reduce carbon emissions and energy bills by retrofitting social housing stock.
Brief
Design and lay out an information leaflet, project Q&A and tenant questionnaire.
Solution
The consultation pack was printed and delivered to council tenants, whilst an accessible PDF and fillable PDF form were provided for online use.
